If you're an empath, or a highly sensitive person (HSP), you know what it's like to feel exhausted even though you've been asleep for nine hours. If this sounds familiar, then you might be suffering from energy depletion. This can happen when too much of your energy is being used up by other people around you. You may always feel tired and need more rest than usual to get through each day.
To give a little insight, empaths are people who feel the emotions of others. Lightworkers are people who are particularly sensitive to the energy around them. HSPs, or Highly Sensitive Persons, are people who have heightened sensory perception and react more strongly than most to stimuli such as noise, light, and touch.
Empaths and HSPs are particularly prone to getting out of balance. As an empath, you're highly sensitive to energy. You may be able to sense other people's emotions or physical pain, and your own body can feel overwhelmed by intense emotions that others don't even notice.
Being an empath means that you're acutely aware of how others are feeling--you pick up on subtle cues from them and mirror their emotions as a way of connecting with them. This can be a wonderful thing if it happens naturally; however, if someone is projecting negativity towards you (for example), it will feel overwhelming because you're absorbing their negative feelings into yourself at the same time as trying not to let them affect your own moods too much. In this situation, it's important for us as HSPs/empaths to learn how to use Reiki and practice self-care techniques such as mindfulness meditation so that we don't become overwhelmed by everything around us!

This can be due to several reasons such as being unable to switch off from work or family issues that have been bothering them all day long. This creates balance in all areas of life: physical, mental/emotional and spiritual. Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that uses energy to promote balance and relaxation. It's a form of hands-on energy therapy similar to acupuncture or massage. The word Reiki means "universal life force energy," and practitioners say it can help with pain relief, stress reduction, improved sleep and more.
Reiki can be practiced anytime, anywhere, and requires no special equipment. You can incorporate Reiki into your daily routine, or meditation practice or use it as a complementary practice alongside other healing modalities.
Chakras are energy centers in our bodies that have specific purposes and relate to physical areas of the body. There are seven main chakras: crown, third eye (between eyebrows), throat, heart and solar plexus (above the navel), sacral/sexual center (in the pubic bone area). Each one represents a different quality or aspect of ourselves; for example, the heart chakra represents love while the sacral represents sexuality.
Stress is a normal part of life, and how we respond to it matters. It can be beneficial or harmful to our health and well-being. Stress is the emotional and physical response that occurs when we feel overwhelmed by pressure or demands on our time, energy, and resources. Short-term stress, such as facing immediate challenges, typically lasts a few days, while long-term chronic stress can arise from ongoing financial hardships. When we're stressed, we often neglect self-care, but our bodies need nurturing just as much as they need food. Reiki helps maintain balance in the body and mind, promoting happier and healthier lives by coping better with life's stresses and challenges.
