Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy for the Online Workshops

No Refund on the Course Fees once the workshop Materials are shared.

Can Exchange for alternate courses or Readings or Treatments given 48 hrs notice or prior to course material being shared.

 

Cancellation Policy for the Therapies or Readings

  • Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime, as long as they provide 48 hours' notice.

  • If you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to show up, you will be charged for the appointment.  

  • Less than 48 hours cancellation/re-schedule on deal’s Vouchers incurs the full fee.

  • Any refund requests will incur processing charges.

  • At our discretion, this charge will be either automatically deducted from the outstanding balance of an existing gift certificate; otherwise, it must be paid in full before your next treatment.

  • No Refund on the Deposits paid if less than 48 hours' notice or no show-up.

  • The only time we can waive this fee is in the event of serious or contagious illness or emergency.”
