Can anyone learn Reiki?

Is that true? Can anyone learn Reiki? There are no prerequisites, really?

That was my question back in 2009 when I was being drawn to Reiki or Reiki was coming into my life.

I was skeptical about it, as I am a graduate of Computer science and Ex corporate person.

I was Proven wrong on Day 1 of my training and glad it was this way as I have since embraced it and welcomed Reiki and energy work into my life. Not a single day went by not practicing Reiki.

From treating clients with various health issues to mental health issues teaching actively over the years, I have seen Reiki can work wonders in anyone's life. We need to be open enough to see the changes.

Miraculously it can be one session, or a couple depends on where you are in the Journey.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is managed by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and causes us to be alive.

If our "life force energy or prana" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more balanced, happy and healthy.

The word Reiki comes from Japanese words - Rei, which means "Soul, Spirit, universal" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is a "spiritually guided life force energy.

Reiki is a simple, safe, complementary therapy. It is known to help virtually every known illness and speeds the healing and recovery process. Reiki aligns the chakras and restores the balance in mind, body and spirit.

It is a simple technique to learn. The energy is passed from a Master to a student in the sacred Attunement process.

How does Reiki work?

In simple terms, I would recommend experiencing it. Hence by Business name is "Experience Healing". No matter how much we talk until you experience you won't know the feelings from reading about it.

The Reiki healer is the conduit between the person (receiver) and the source of the universal life force energy; the energy flows through the healer’s energy field and through his/her hands to the receiver. (The energy does not come from the continued healer; rather it comes through the healer from the universal source.)

Why learn Reiki?

Once you become attuned to Reiki, you can heal at a touch of your hands that lasts your whole life. Anyone can learn Reiki; you don't need a background in healing, chakras, or meditation. Reiki is much more than physical healing. You'll find yourself uplifted and renewed on the emotional, mental, and spiritual levels as well.

A sense of uplift and change in our lifestyles comes in.
