I just finished Reiki Level 1, and it made me realize that Reiki and Neuroplasticity concepts are so alike and helpful in embracing new habits we are trying to form. I have witnessed many of us feeling like failures in achieving our goals because we were not able to be consistent. Reiki has given me that consistency in my life for joy and passion. Everyday practice has shown miraculous changes when I look back at the journey of 14 years.
