I would like to go deeper into this subject and share a few pointers on Kundalini Reiki as I often get asked about it.
Kundalini Reiki is an energy healing technique that can help awaken your own Kundalini energy, leading to a profound transformation of mind, body, and spirit. Once our Kundalini energies are awakened, we can tap into them at will, giving us access to unlimited potential in life. This spiritual healing practice aims to awaken the Kundalini energy in the body and facilitate its flow throughout the chakras or energy centers. Kundalini Reiki merges conventional Reiki methods with the potent energy of Kundalini, thought to dwell at the lower end of the spinal column and can be activated through diverse techniques. This dynamic and efficient approach to healing, self-empowerment, and spiritual development unites the energy of Reiki with the time-honored wisdom of Kundalini, resulting in a powerful and transformative system.
Kundalini is a term from ancient Indian spiritual tradition that refers to a dormant energy or potential that resides at the base of the spine, represented as a coiled serpent. This energy is believed to be the source of our spiritual and creative power, and when awakened, it can lead to profound transformation and enlightenment.
The awakening of the Kundalini energy is often described as a spiritual awakening or an experience of expanding consciousness. It brings a heightened sense of awareness, clarity of mind, and a deeper connection with the divine.
The process of awakening the Kundalini energy is typically done through spiritual practices such as meditation, yoga, and energy healing modalities like Kundalini Reiki.
Kundalini Reiki is not only a powerful healing modality, but also a tool for personal transformation that can help you become more aware of the changes you desire in life and assist you in manifesting your goals. By connecting you with your Higher Self, it can provide greater clarity and insights, enabling you to find answers within yourself.
Why learn it?
DNA is the physical representation of the Awakened Kundalini energy.
Starting at the root chakra, these 2 energy pathways are spiraling up and around the spine and out of the crown chakra. These 2 energy channels are often symbolically referred to as the “kundalini snakes”. They don't have anything to do with snakes but merely act as a symbol of the DNA.
When the Kundalini is awakened, including the 2 energy pathways, it activates the DNA, as the awakened Kundalini represents it and is a blueprint of it.
Like a tuning fork, the DNA begins to sing along with the awakened kundalini and becomes activated. As a result, this will help activate hidden gifts, our true potential, and talents from the DNA, forgotten memories, and talents from past lives.
Via the attunement, your chakras, your main energy channel, and your energetic connection to Earth will be cleansed and enhanced. The attunement will open the healing channels to allow the channeling of Reiki energy.
The 7 chakras will be opened and the Kundalini will be activated! You will have a free flow, running from Earth, up through the Chakras, and out of your Crown Chakra!
Extra included attunements contained in the Kundalini Reiki system:
1 - Balance ( use this technique to balance all of the energy systems in the body very simply)
2 - Diamond Reiki (enhances clarity, speaking one’s truth, knowing one is abundant)
3 - Crystalline Reiki (small crystalline deposits around our bodies which are exit points for traumas we have experienced throughout our life)
4 - DNA Reiki (works to strengthen DNA molecules and heal negative inherited genetics, diseases and karmic issues
5 - Birth trauma Reiki (sometimes the most severe trauma is the process of being born !)
6 - Location Reiki (can be used to send healing to a specific location for cleansing, increasing positivity and protection)
7 - Past Life Reiki (to resolve karmic influences, to heal blockages from an earlier life)
We learn how to Attuning objects ( crystals, jewelry etc ) to this energy.
You are taught to perform a complete healing treatment and to heal remotely from a distance. You are also taught a specific Kundalini meditation. When you perform this meditation, you increase the power of the flame in the Kundalini fire/energy for a short time. In this way, all the chakras/energy systems are enlightened and cleansing occurs.
You are further taught how to pass on the Kundalini Reiki system.

Improve your sleep patterns
Gives insight into what we want to manifest
Gives us the flexibility to get out of our own way
Improve your relationships with others (and yourself)
Improve your health in general, both physically and mentally
Self healing for physical issues such as back pain or migraines etc., emotional issues such as anxiety/depression etc., spiritual issues such as lack of peace within yourself which can lead towards depression; these are just some examples.
Healing others by placing your hands on them while they lay down comfortably on their backs (or sitting up if necessary). This will allow them access not only into their body but also into their mind where we can help them understand what's causing these symptoms so they may find peace once again within themselves which will ultimately lead towards happiness.
It also has many other benefits, including improved mental clarity; creativity; intuition; self-confidence; self-worth and love of yourself.
As a practitioner who has been attuned to both Tera Mai Reiki and Kundalini Reiki, I have noticed that these systems not only feel distinct but also function differently and offer different benefits. However, it's important to note that these are subjective observations based on my own experience, and your own experiences may differ.
Kundalini Reiki differs from Tera Mai Reiki in a few other notable ways. Unlike Tera Mair or Usui Reiki, Kundalini Reiki does not rely on symbols or place significant emphasis on specific hand positions.
Another important distinction is that Kundalini Reiki involves being attuned to eight additional frequencies beyond the Earth and Spirit energies utilized in Tera Mai Reiki. These frequencies can be incorporated into one's healing practice for added benefit.
In my experience, when working with Tera Mai Reiki energy, I tend to feel it more in my belly and breath rhythm. This energy has a grounding and stabilizing effect and feels denser and more substantial. I personally use this energy more for physical healing, such as addressing physical ailments, healing to past and future or clearing energy in physical spaces.
In contrast, when working with Kundalini Reiki energy, I tend to feel it more along my spine, throat, and bones. This energy feels more hot and more rapid and also lighter in a sense. I find that Kundalini Reiki is more efficient and fast-moving, and I'm able to accomplish more in a shorter amount of time compared to Tera Mai Reiki. Again, it's important to remember that these are subjective experiences and each practitioner may have their own unique experience with the energies.
