Reiki Level I training and Attunement are geared towards personal health. It provides all the knowledge required for self-treatments and for delivering therapy to friends, family. It teaches you how to heal yourself and others with the Reiki energy on the physical level.

The hand positions used for self-treatment and for healing others Hand position videos shared Chakra meditation shared Experience guided meditations. You will also be shown how to do a full body treatment and will both give and receive a full treatment on the second day of the course.
