All you need to bring is yourself with an open mind for inner exploration.

This workshop is designed for individuals interested in exploring their inner voice and using writing as a tool for self-discovery. No prior writing experience is necessary.

Join us as we embark on a deep exploration of ourselves, guided by the wisdom of cacao and the power of a ceremony. Delve into the realms of self-discovery, healing, and inner transformation, and allow the insights to flow onto the paper.

We know that when you feel connected to yourself, it helps you feel more connected to others. And when you're not feeling connected to yourself, it can be hard to feel close to anyone else. So let's come together and help each other out!

Learning Objectives:

Participants will explore the concept of the "soul's story" and its connection to self-discovery

Participants will learn basic writing prompts and techniques to access their inner voice

Participants will gain confidence in writing as a tool for introspection and emotional exploration

Participants will create a piece of writing that reflects their soul's story

The Full Moon ritual and cacao ceremony hosted by Srimanju was extremely heart warming and soul touching. I had a fantastic time connecting with such strong women in the spiritual community.
