Reiki Level I training and Attunement are geared towards personal health. It provides all the knowledge required for self-treatments and for delivering therapy to friends, family. It teaches you how to heal yourself and others with the Reiki energy on the physical level.

Learn about: The History of Reiki & what Reiki healing is. The Reiki Principles The Seven Major Chakras The Aura, how to scan, cleanse & protect it. The hand positions used for self-treatment and for healing others Hand position videos shared Chakra meditation shared Experience guided meditations. You will also be shown how to do a full body treatment and will both give and receive a full treatment on the second day of the course. No Prerequisite for this level
At the end of day training day 1, you will receive a remote 'attunement' from me, which is an initiation into working with Reiki.
You will receive:
A Reiki attunement, a spiritual initiation that will open the energy channels in your body to channel higher amounts of Universal Life force energy. A level 1 Reiki manual. Reiki 1 PDF certificate. About me with regards to Reiki:I have been practicing Reiki for 13 years and teaching since 2011. I love practicing Reiki on myself every single day and I call it beautiful habit/addiction.I served as a committee member in Reiki Federation Ireland for over five years.
