All are welcomed to join our weekly guided meditation sessions with Srimanju and work with your Guardian Angels and Spirit Guides. Let go of old beliefs and build your self-esteem. Learn self-awareness, a way to relieve stress, and find your inner peace. Meditation is a process of deep relaxation of the body and of the mind. It is a powerful tool for emotional healing and stress reduction and also fosters the development of intuition and a deeper understanding of yourself and others. Srimanju is an Author, Mindfulness meditation Instructor. Teaching children in Schools for the past 6 years. Do teach Meditation and Mindfulness to Adults and in Wellness programs at corporate companies. She is constantly learning to know simple tools and techniques to help and nurture children through Mindfulness and Meditation.
