Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness or focusing their mind on a particular object, thought or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
Srimanju will be sharing many tools and tips on how to practice Mindfulness and Meditation at home with a busy life. She has started her spiritual journey her my kids were three yrs and one-year-old, working full time, and having a successful business. Her belief is she can do so, anyone can do. It is the determination. And she will help in creating that space.

Srimanju is an Author, Mindfulness meditation Instructor. Teaching children in Schools for the past 6 years. Does teach Meditation and Mindfulness to Adults and in Wellness programs at corporate companies. She is constantly learning to know simple tools and techniques to help and nurture children through Mindfulness and Meditation.
