Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness or focusing their mind on a particular object, thought or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
I will be sharing many tools and tips on how to practice Mindfulness and Meditation at home with a busy life. I had started my spiritual journey when my kids were three yrs and one year old, working full time, and having a business. If I can do so, anyone can do. It is the determination. And I will help in creating that space.

Srimanju is an Author, Mindfulness meditation Instructor. Teaching children in Schools for the past 4 years. Does teach Meditation and Mindfulness to Adults and in Wellness programs at corporate companies. She is constantly learning to know simple tools and techniques to help and nurture children through Mindfulness and Meditation.
Cancellation Policy for the Therapies or Readings
Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime, as long as they provide 24 hours notice. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice or fail to show up, you will be charged for the appointment. At our discretion, this charge will be either automatically deducted from the outstanding balance of an existing gift certificate; otherwise, it must be paid in full before your next treatment.
No Refund on the Deposits paid if less than 24 hours notice or no show-up.
The only time we can waive this fee is in the event of serious or contagious illness or emergency.”
